Trump's plan to take ownership of Gaza

Yesterday I watched Trump’s press conference with Netanyahu and was appalled. Trump announced his plan to “take ownership” of Gaza, to ethnically cleanse it of Palestinians, and to rebuild it as an “international city” (i.e., develop it for Jews from around the world).

He mentioned sending Palestinians to live in the Sinai (i.e., in Egypt) as well. Egypt has resisted this plan for more than a year, but Egypt relies heavily on US foreign aid. It would be easy for Trump to say, “Take the Palestinians, or we will cut off all money and, if necessary, impose tariffs (or even sanctions) on Egypt until you comply.” This seems to be Trump’s preferred strategy, as seen already with his policy toward Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and China.

So this is what Trump meant earlier when he said that the Israelis should “finish the job.” I have never seen such a “bully” policy in my entire lifetime.

Although Netanyahu is the one who created the “living hell” in Gaza, Trump had no criticism for him. He simply assumed that the genocide and destruction justified this ethnic cleansing. Does he not know that this is a war crime?

Taking ownership of Gaza does not mean that it will become a US territory. Anyone can own property in the country of their choice without taking control of the government. It appears that the US will own property but will also recognize that it is part of Israel and is therefore subject to Netanyahu’s government.

The Edomite nature of Zionism is now fully clear for all to see. The world will continue to form its own trading blocs, and when the US imposes sanctions, it will only isolate itself from the rest of the world. Christian Zionists in America have induced Trump to hitch America to a falling star (Israel). The fate of Jerusalem in Jeremiah 19:10, 11 will inevitably affect America and the church as well. America will not come out of this unscathed, unless they repent and God intervenes.

Yesterday was the 76^th day from November 21, 2024 when the new Prophetic Year began. We have now completed our first cleansing cycle. This cycle began when the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and others on November 21, 2024. I wrote about this the following day here:

This cycle culminated with Netanyahu’s visit to Washington and with Trump’s stated plan to be Netanyahu’s accomplice in crime. Ezekiel makes it clear that if we see danger approaching and do not issue a warning, then their blood is on our hands. So this is my way of repudiating any support for Trump’s plan to expel all Palestinians from Gaza and to give that land to others. Trump has no legal or moral right to do this.
