I mentioned earlier that Israel’s first captivity to the king of Mesopotamia lasted eight years, and that Israel found deliverance in their first Jubilee since entering the land. I also showed how that eight-year captivity was a fractal of eight cycles of 414 years, ending in 1948. It seems that some short-term patterns that are set in ancient times establish long-term patterns that utilize the same numbers.
This holds true not only in judgment for disobedience but also for matters of faith. The main biblical example is the faith of Abraham. His point of faith was in the promise of God that he would have many sons. He believed the promise of God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.
This one man’s faith had an effect upon future generations of those who obtain similar faith. Abrahamic faith is alive, and living things grow. So even though Abraham himself started this process with just one son who was his heir, today we see that Abraham’s seed are like the stars of heaven and the sand of the sea.
Jehoiachin’s Captivity—Long Term
Jehoiachin’s captivity and deliverance was another example of how a short-term situation prophesied of a long-term deliverance. Jehoiachin remained in a Babylonian dungeon for 37 years, after which time he was set free, given a change of clothing, and given provision at the king’s table for the rest of his life.
Jehoiachin’s dungeon experience started when he was taken to the dungeon in 597 B.C. At the same time, a long-term cycle of 70 x 37 years was initiated, ending only in 1994. It was a total of 2,590 years, but seeing this cycle divided into 70 cycles of 37 identifies this as a Babylonian captivity. Note that the people of Judah and Jerusalem were taken to Babylon for 70 years (604-534 B.C.)
In other words, King Jehoiachin was a prophetic type and shadow of something much greater than himself as an individual. The year 1993-1994 was the church’s 40th Jubilee since 33 A.D.
The Enoch Cycle
On an even longer prophetic time cycle, this year was also 100 Jubilees since Enoch was taken to heaven.
The year 1994 (beginning in September of 1993) was 5,888 on the Creation Jubilee calendar. According to the chronology of the patriarchs in Genesis 5, Enoch was born in the year 622 and lived 365 years on earth. God took him in the year 987. One hundred Jubilees later—that is, 4900 years later—brings us to the year 1994, the church’s 40th Jubilee.
Furthermore, the midpoint of this long cycle came to a climax in the year 3437, which was the 7th year of King Artaxerxes of Persia. It was the year that Ezra was sent to Jerusalem to make sacrifices to God, and this was when Daniel’s 70 weeks began the countdown toward Jesus’ crucifixion in 33 A.D. Those 70 weeks, as I have shown, are also 10 Jubilees, which, added to the 40 Jubilees of the church, give us the final 50 Jubilees ending in 1993-1994.
What Does It Mean?
Time cycles occur with no commentary. It remains for us to discern their meaning. We are given the short-term cycle as a fractal, a small model of the greater fulfillment. The timing gives us the numbers, and each number has its own meaning as used in Scripture.
Jehoiachin’s 37-year captivity tells us that this is a judgment time cycle, because Jehoiachin “did evil in the sight of the Lord” (2 Kings 24:8, 9). Yet the number 37 is the number of inheritance. (See The Biblical Meaning of Numbers. So we find that Jehoiachin’s restoration after 37 years pictures the inheritance being given after his release from prison.
This is how we ought to interpret his elevation to power, his change of clothing and his provision at the king’s table (2 Kings 25:27-30).
In the long-term captivity to Babylon, 70 x 37 years, the number 70 signifies restoration after captivity and judgment. It is obvious that Judah was taken to Babylon for 70 years (Jeremiah 25:11). We may view those 70 years as a time of judgment, but we should also see the positive side of this. Judah was set free after 70 years, allowing the people to return to the land.
Hence, 70 is a judgment cycle, but it ends with restoration. The meaning of 70 serves both purposes. It also refers to the nations of the world, because if you count the beginning of nations in Genesis 10, you will note that 70 nations are listed. These 70 form the seeds of the nations of the world.
Again, when we look at the life of Adam himself, God said that if he were to eat of the wrong tree, “in the day that you eat from it, you will surely die.” Because a day is like a thousand years, neither Adam nor any of his descendants would live for a full thousand years. They all died within that “day.” Adam himself fell 70 years short of a day, for he lived to the age of 930. So 70 is the number of Adam’s restoration to the full glory of God (1000). This glory is the true inheritance that is our destiny.
When we see the combination of 37 and 70 in the case of the long-term Jehoiachin captivity, we can see both the negative and the positive aspects of this judgment time cycle. Most importantly, we see judgment as having a purpose and an end. In fact, a Jubilee cancels all debt and sets the people free to return to their families and to their properties (land inheritances).
For this reason, the year 1993-1994 is also a Jubilee of the church—their 40th Jubilee since its inception on the day of Pentecost in 33 A.D. The church reached the end of its 40 Jubilees (40 x 49) in 1993, and the following year (to 1994) was the 50th year—their Year of Jubilee.
This was also the 100th Jubilee since Enoch’s ascension, and this pointed to the rise of the House of David after the death of Saul. Recall that Saul was a Pentecostal type (1 Samuel 10:6, 10). He reigned 40 years, setting the pattern for a long-term fulfillment in the church during the Age of Pentecost (40 Jubilees). Hence, Saul “died” in 1993, and David was crowned king of Israel. So David was elevated to a new position of power, running parallel to Enoch’s ascension.
All of these stories are linked by time that converges in 1993-1994. This was a major turning point in Kingdom history, for it marked the start of the transition from Pentecost to Tabernacles. It marked the end of Pentecostal authority to rule the Kingdom that had been given to the church. The overcomers of the House of David then began to rise, as I have shown elsewhere.
Factoring in the Israeli State
The United Nations debated the Palestinian Resolution from November 21-29, 1947. The Resolution then passed the vote on November 29, and the Jewish state formally came into existence on May 14, 1948.
Forty-six years later was 1993-1994. Recall that 46 is the number that means temple, as the Greek word naos, “temple,” is used 46 times in the New Testament. Jesus also referred to the temple in John 2:20, telling us that “it took forty-six years to build this temple.”
In 1993 I received the revelation that the Jews had been given 46 years in which to build their “temple,” if, indeed, they were able to do so. This was the foundational revelation which brought us to hold the Jubilee Prayer Campaign from November 21-29, 1993. There we petitioned the Divine Court that the Jews had failed to build the true temple of God. They had put all their efforts into building a physical temple instead of the kind of temple that could actually house the glory of God—the temple described in Ephesians 2:20-22.
Even so, they were given 46 years to rebuild Herod’s temple—whose Most Holy Place was devoid of the Ark and of the glory of God. Their failure was the basis of our petition in the Divine Court. We won our case on behalf of the overcomers (House of David), and God then began a series of events that would lead to the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:27 KJV).
All of the events that we have observed since then have been predicated on the fact that the Israeli state will not repent in 2024. The Israeli state is on a collision course with the Kingdom, and all of the preparation of the overcomers since 1993 has pointed to their coronation to rule the Kingdom in the Tabernacles Age to come.
These are the true Israelites in the sight of God. They became Israelites in the same way that Jacob became an Israelite. Jacob became an Israelite at the age of 98, which was his second Jubilee (49 x 2). Becoming an Israelite is a Jubilee event. This too overlays on the 40th Jubilee of the church in 1993-1994, as well as to Enoch’s 100th Jubilee in the same year.
