View Full Tract ListRecall that from August 17 to September 3 in 1984 we held a prayer campaign called Ye Shall Go Forth. It was to establish the launch of the Open Door Ministry. The first part (The Elijah Project) went from August 17-29. Part 2 was the international phase from August 29 to September 3, beginning also with my vision of the light over South Africa.
We are now (2022) seeing the results of that prayer campaign, and we have today (August 29) begun the “international phase.” I cannot explain what is happening in any detail, lest we compromise the people involved, but we now know how the prayer campaign 38 years ago is to be fulfilled. This week will be very important.
Vatican Financial News
It appears that something big is expected soon. On August 23, Pope Francis ordered all of the financial assets of “the Holy See and connected entities” to be moved to the Vatican Bank before the end of September. This is said to be a clarification of an earlier order last March.
Pope Francis has ordered that the Holy See and connected entities move all financial assets to the Institute for Works of Religion (IOR), commonly known as the Vatican bank.
The pope’s rescript, issued Aug. 23, clarifies the interpretation of a paragraph in the new constitution of the Roman Curia, Praedicate Evangelium, promulgated in March.
According to Francis’ rescript, financial and liquid assets held in banks other than the IOR must be moved to the Vatican bank within 30 days of Sept. 1, 2022.
Since the 1800’s, the Rothschilds have been the “guardians of the Papal Treasure,” according to The Jewish Encyclopedia’s section on Rothschild.

A legal “guardian” is one who has control of the finances of one who is incapacitated or is a minor. I believe that the Vatican lost control of its finances at the Congress of Vienna in 1814-1815 at the close of the Napoleonic era. Recall that Napoleon took the pope captive in 1798. He reinstated a new pope in 1804 in order to have someone of stature crown him as emperor.

So if the Vatican is now regaining control of its finances, what does that say about the Rothschilds?
