Yesterday’s peace agreement was amazing in itself, going from death threats to a written agreement. The only stipulation was that some of the funds must go toward humanitarian projects in South Africa itself. That was always the plan from the beginning, though perhaps the opposing side did not know this. They may have assumed that John wanted the money for his own benefit, or perhaps limited to building churches or doing “Christian” projects.
In fact, it is to build up the entire economy of Africa, as well as to promote biblical teaching. The Kingdom of God does not divide projects into secular vs spiritual. Every aspect of life on earth is sacred and is to be subjected to God’s Kingdom government.
This peace agreement was formalized today when the main negotiator from the opposing side went to the banks involved in this dispute to inform bank officials that all of the death threats against John and against them had been resolved. All orders to obstruct the funds in question have now been reversed. It is now official.
So now the bank officials are breathing a sigh of relief and can proceed without fear. It was important for them to hear this reversal from the one who was at the heart of these death threats, as it was literally a matter of life and death for them, and they do not function on the same level of faith that we do.
So it appears that this 8-month dispute has finally reached an end. Believe me, reversing death contracts do not often occur. In most cases, such disputes in South Africa end at a cemetery.
Thanks for your prayers.
Tomorrow (Saturday) is when the obscure 1984 revelation is to be fulfilled: “August 20 is your ministry date.” However, banks are not open for business on Saturday, so we will have to wait until next week to finish preparations for “ministry.” It will also take time for funds to be sent to an escrow account, earmarked for the purchase of property for our new headquarters. When that happens, we will make another trip to locate suitable property, and I will let you know when I will be out of town.
Some of you also need to be reminded that these funds are not mine. So please don’t ask me to buy you a house. Some of the funds are being used to support our teaching ministry both here and around the world. Most of the funds are to be used to build economic infrastructure in Africa that will produce an environment of success for all who want to work.
John’s long-term vision is to get Africa out from under the colonial slavery that has robbed Africans of their own resources.
The old colonialism recently gave way to a new form called globalism, where, even now, nations are being exploited by hegemony. Hegemony describes how powerful nations dominate smaller nations, creating secret empires that pretend to be democracies. I explained this principle here:

Fracturing the Empire of Mystery Babylon
In the past few centuries, European nations went on a quest for colonies, largely for economic reasons. The result was that the world began to be divided up among many European nations. This practice gave way to independence movements, most of which did not result in true independence but rather in a hegemonic order of subservient states whose citizens were allowed to choose leaders from a list given to them by European governments.
In the 20th century, countries set up economic blocs, which began to unify countries in limited ways. The European Union is one of the latest attempts to unify Europe under the unelected dictatorship in Brussels. Overall, however, the rulers of this present world felt the need to establish a “balance of power,” so that if one side went rogue, they could be subdued more easily by financing the other side.
Thirty years ago, these rulers saw the opportunity to create a unipolar world with a single “superpower.” Hence, the Soviet Union fell, and the USA became the undisputed superpower in the world. The purpose was to create a one-world government to rule all nations. For this purpose, the US government began to use the power of the dollar and the SWIFT system to try to force other nations into compliance to the one superpower.
This policy, however, backfired, causing nations in Asia to form alliances and blocs that were in competition with the superpower. So today most of Asia is allying against the US government and the dollar. The result is that the world is no longer unifying but splitting in two once again. Russia nor China have yet to reach superpower status, but together, they are getting close. And now with India joining with them, they have ended the unipolar world and have replaced it with a multipolar world.
The dream of a one-world government has all but ended. Babylon is falling. What most do not yet realize is that God’s Kingdom is rising. It is not yet clearly visible, but we who understand biblical prophecy can see it coming.
Our Advantage
God’s Kingdom has a huge advantage over the existing world orders. Most nations feel the need to spend huge amounts of money on national defense—which is a drain on every economy. On the other hand, God’s Kingdom relies upon God for its defense, freeing up its resources to do good in the world. Furthermore, the absence of national boundaries makes it more difficult to invade and destroy.
Persecution has existed since the first century and continues to exist in many parts of the world today. Nonetheless, having reached the end of Babylon’s contract to hold the Dominion Mandate, great changes are now taking place that are setting the stage for the next thousand-year Golden Age of God’s Kingdom. Others have tried and failed to accomplish this by force of arms. It is now time for the Prince of Peace to build His Kingdom on the better foundation of the New Covenant.
For those who are called to build His Kingdom, it is important to learn the principles of the New Covenant, what it means, and its goals. Most of Christianity has only a partial understanding at best, and their ignorance of God’s law makes it nearly impossible for them to apply the law with New Covenant eyes. Few Christians know much about true biblical justice and Kingdom government as a whole. To them, every sin is punishable by eternal torture in hell, and this view has no practical or beneficial value in the real world.
We, however, are called to study the Word and to understand the mind of God by the revelation of the Holy Spirit. We must know what true biblical justice is, so that we discard the notion that biblical justice means harsh and merciless punishment. When we discover its great principles, we will respect it even as David and the prophets (and Jesus Himself) revered it.
While many seek power so that they may impose their will upon the people of the world, we ourselves seek to set people free. First, they must be set free from the power of sin in a personal way. This equips them to establish a free community, where criminality is rare and is addressed with true justice—primarily by restitution to the victims of injustice.
Our dream is to create a better world by bringing heaven to earth. We honor the Creator by establishing His intended purpose for creation.
