I was supposed to leave on my trip today, but it has been postponed until tomorrow. The realtor got sick the other day, so we will give him an extra day or two to recover before we make him take us out to hunt for housing.
We had a wonderful visit with visitors from Vermont Monday to Wednesday. Lani and Kathy Janisse have a ministry and worldwide outreach, and I think it is clear that we will be working together in the future.
Implications of Overturning Roe v Wade
In regard to the Supreme Court’s upcoming decision to overturn Roe v Wade, I should say that the decision is not yet in its final form. However, it is clear that it will not ban abortions outright. It simply gives the decision back to the states and takes it out of the hands of the federal government. That means some states will allow abortions, while others will have the power to ban them or restrict them in whatever way they decide.
So states like California and New York will have the right to kill babies a month after they are born and no doubt a few more states will follow their example. Yet 23 states have already banned abortions, and another 8 have banned them, contingent upon the overturning of Roe v Wade. That means half the country will soon ban abortions with more to come. Strongholds of Deep State “liberalism” (so called) will continue to sacrifice to Baal until the people are set free from their nonsense.
Justice Alito, who is writing the majority opinion on this case, seems to have turned the issue into case of States Rights. It is based on the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution—the final clause of the Bill of Rights. It states,
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

I find this argument to be quite surprising, since there is a multitude of powers that the federal government has claimed that were never given to it. One case in point is the Department of Education and, more recently, the so-called Ministry of Truth that is designed to force everyone to agree with the government’s version of any story.
If the Supreme Court does indeed overturn Roe v Wade by using the Tenth Amendment, it will signal the overthrow of many departments of government that have violated the same article of the Bill of Rights. Constitutional lawyers will be handed a huge victory to force the federal government to give up many powers which it has usurped over the years. Biden’s Ministry of Truth is doomed from the start, because it is a clear violation of the First Amendment.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The Constitution does not merely guarantee the right to believe truth. It guarantees the right to believe lies as well. Neither are we guaranteed the right to act wisely. Freedom is the right to act foolishly as well, without interference from the government. These principles were derived from the Bible itself, where we are admonished to believe the truth and to act wisely, but there are no (earthly) penalties for failing in this regard.
In Scripture, truth comes by revelation from God, not government. If anyone lacks wisdom, he should ask God for it (James 1:5).
The Most Basic Usurpation of Power
The Declaration of Independence, written in 1776, is the document by which the Constitution of 1789 derives its authority. It states clearly,
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…
The Supreme Court itself has explained these words to mean that all rights come from God—not government. Governments can only grant privileges, which they then may tax. Rights cannot be taxed, because they come from God. This was what made America unique among nations. No nation since the time of Moses had come up with such ideas of liberty.
Ultimately, our federal government usurped the place of God Himself by assuming the power to grant rights according to its own will. Yet the Supreme Court has always distinguished between God-given rights and government-granted privileges. When they expelled God from government in the 1930’s, ungodly men began to confuse rights with privileges, and soon the government began granting rights instead of defending our God-given rights.
In doing this, they usurped power that was not granted to them by the Constitution, and this was the most basic violation of the Tenth Amendment in the Bill of Rights. America’s oligarchs hate the Constitution as much as they hate God. Why? Because the Constitution disempowers them and prevents them from enslaving humanity. The Constitution guarantees liberty—if it is actually implemented.
The people, including the church, remained largely ignorant of the manner in which America was being secularized. Roe v Wade in 1973 was the church’s first wake-up call. It came just before our bicentennial (1776-1976), and many suddenly wakened to the reality that America’s Constitution had been undermined. Killing babies was not a right given by God. People everywhere began to be alarmed.
The government fought back, calling them “conspiracy theorists,” and their propaganda was quite effective. That is why it has taken 50 years to finally overthrow Roe v Wade and to re-assert the principle of States’ Rights.
The next step, of course, was to erode the value of marriage itself. People could live together without commitment, adultery was de-criminalized, those who were married were subjected to the “marriage tax,” and this encouraged people to live together apart from traditional marriage.
In the 1990’s President Bill Clinton’s open affairs served to normalize fornication, and the Department of Education ingrained immorality into American culture.
Next came the era of gay rights, followed by transgender rights, which further corrupted and destroyed God’s order for the family unit.
Sodom and Gomorrah
I knew this was coming years ago after reading Isaiah 1:10,
10 Hear the word of the Lord, you rulers of Sodom; give ear to the instruction of our God, you people of Gomorrah.
I understood from this that America (and the West in general) was soon to become Sodom and Gomorrah as much as the Israelites in the days of the prophets. Yet I also recognized that this would also be the final degradation of the country before the fire of God would fall. Though some have looked for a nuclear judgment, I see this as a promise of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. I see prophecy through New Covenant eyes. I do not focus upon the sins of man but upon the promises of God to institute change and to establish His will and His Kingdom.
So now—finally—it seems that we are arriving at the point in history where the Supreme Court itself, led by Justice Alito, is reviving the Tenth Amendment from the judicial graveyard. Does he understand what he is doing? Do these 5 Justices who support the majority opinion of the Court know that they are making history? Recall that 3 of these Justices were appointed by Donald Trump, the greatest disruptor of them all. He stated many times publicly that one of his main goals was for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade.
Although this did not happen during his term as president (2016-2020), the effects of his appointments are now bearing fruit. I believe that the satanic oligarchs whose puppets in government work tirelessly, first to reinterpret the Constitution and finally to destroy it, are extremely alarmed. They know that power is slipping from their grasp, and this is causing them to move too fast.
They have turned up the heat on the frog, and the frog has been awakened. In fact, the frog is now jumping out of the hot water. More than 70 percent of Americans have now rejected the Deep State government and its precepts of enslavement and immorality. The only way the Deep State can continue to rule is by stealing votes through the Dominion voting machines.
When the world looks at America, they need to understand that most Americans do not support the Deep State government or its policies. We are in the midst of a media war, and when we win this war, it will shock the world. They will then realize that CNN and all of the major news media moguls get their “talking points” directly from the World Economic Forum and do not give a proper view of Americans themselves.
The world is soon going to be shocked—in a good way.
