July 4, 2001 was quiet as the enemy regrouped, but the next day the battle intensified. We discovered that reinforcements had been called in from Europe, led by an Archprince named Theos. He led a million spirits in a “shield” formation. This army included two princes, two commanders, and six powers. At the time, we called it the War of the Shields. This battle was fought from 8:30 p.m. (CST) until 11:00 p.m.
Theos himself was seen in the historical story of Antiochus Epiphanes, the Greek king of Syria, one of the four heads in Daniel 7:6 and four horns in Daniel 8:8. Again, Daniel 11:36 prophesies of him, saying “he will exalt and magnify himself above every god.” So he called himself Antiochus Epiphanes, “God manifested.”
Antiochus was motivated, I believe, by the Archprince Theos, who later moved into Europe. Theos means “God,” and in his pride he pretends to be God.
Today, Theos works through the Rothschild family and others who consider themselves to be the gods of the earth.
As we met together in a conference call, God gave me words and phrases from three Scriptures so that I might discern the nature of the battle: “Jerusalem” (Luke 19:28); “full of mercy” (James 3:17, 18); and “God gave to Abraham” (Galatians 3:18).
We understood this to say, “God gave to Abraham the New Jerusalem that is full of mercy.” To the three passages above, we added a fourth that had been given to a friend a few days earlier. He had received Deuteronomy 34:4 KJV,
4 And the Lord said unto him, “this is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed’.”
God then said, “You are the seed,” meaning that the overcomers were the seed of Abraham. This is how God defines Abraham’s “seed” (i.e., “descendants,” in Galatians 3:29). This, of course, brought up the whole conflict with the children of the flesh who claimed to be the seed of Abraham. Theos was using the children of the flesh to persecute those who were of the Spirit.
By extension, this also brought up the conflict between the two covenants (Hagar and Sarah) and the two cities, Jerusalem and the heavenly Jerusalem. But we were given James 3:17, 18 to know the characteristics of the true seed of Abraham.
17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering without hypocrisy. 18 And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
This revelation gave us a starting point. We knew from this that it had to do with casting out the old Jerusalem and establishing the New Jerusalem. The natural conflict between these two cities was manifesting in this warfare. The Lord then gave one of us the Word: “Kings of the earth” and “King of the Jews.” He was surprised and asked if anyone was known by such a title.
Yes, the Rothschild family has long been called this from the early 1800’s and on.
The House of Rothschild
In Niall Ferguson’s book, The House of Rothschild, chapter 10, the author quoted an article from the Niles Weekly Register, 1835-36:
“The Rothschilds are the wonders of modern banking . . . We see the descendants of Judah, after a persecution of two thousand years, peering above kings, rising higher than emperors, and holding a whole continent in the hollow of their hands. The Rothschilds govern a Christian world. Not a cabinet moves without their advice. They stretch their hand, with equal ease, from Petersburg to Vienna, from Vienna to Paris, from Paris to London, from London to Washington. Baron Rothschild, the head of the house, is the true king of Judah, the prince of the captivity, the Messiah so long looked for by this extraordinary people. He holds the keys of peace or war, blessing or cursing . . . They are the brokers and counsellors of the kings of Europe and of the republican chiefs of America. What more can they desire?”
On the same page, we read, quoted from Grundlinien, page 243,
“The German economist Friedrich List agreed: Rothschild was ‘the pride of Israel, the mighty lender and master of all coined and uncoined silver and gold in the Old World, before whose money box Kings and Emperors humbly bow’—in short, the ‘King of Kings’.”
In other history books we find that the head of the Rothschild Family Trust is known by the title of King, such as “King Nathan,” who was elected chairman of the Trust after the death of his father, Mayer Amschel Bauer (Rothschild) in 1812. On page 8 we read,
“In this sense, phrases like ‘Kings of the Jews’ which contemporaries applied to them contained an important element of truth. That was exactly the way the Rothschilds saw and conducted themselves—as phrase like ‘our royal family’ in their letters show—and the way they were treated by many other less wealthy Jews.”
The founder was Mayer Amschel Bauer, whose identifying address in Frankfurt, Germany was a red shield, i.e., “Rothschild.” He soon took the name Rothschild as the family name. He stipulated that to be a board member of the Family Trust (which was set up shortly before he died), one could not become a Christian, but had to remain fully committed to Judaism and its ideals. Hence, Niall Ferguson writes,
“Many other wealthy Jewish families opted to convert to Christianity partly in response to such pressures. But the Rothschilds did not. They remained firmly committed to Judaism, playing an important role in the affairs of the various Jewish communities of which they were members.”
(As a side note, it should be stated that the Rothschilds were committed to Satanism, which, in their minds, was true Judaism. The personal coven of the Rothschilds is known as the Order of the Golden Dawn, and its logo is the all-seeing “eye of Isis” that appears on the back of the US dollar. There are many different sects of Judaism, some emphasizing the Kaballah, or Jewish Mysticism, but they would not consider themselves to be Satanists.)
Of Nathan Rothschild, who died in 1836, Ferguson says on page 21,
“His wealth was in fact intended for a higher purpose: ‘to avenge the wrongs of Israel’ by securing ‘the re-establishment of Judah’s kingdom—the rebuilding of thy towers, Oh! Jerusalem!’ and ‘the restoration of Judea to our ancient race.”
Nathan Rothschild was the first to actually come into possession of the wealth and power needed to establish a Jewish state in the old land of Judea. The “kings” of the Family Trust after him all continued working toward that end. According to Ferguson, they think of themselves as having a messianic calling, believing that the Messiah must be able to prove that he is descended from Judah and King David and that he established a Jewish state in the old land of Judea. They believe they are descended from David, and, of course, they certainly did cause the Jewish state to be established in 1948. Hence, they believe that a Rothschild will be the Jewish Messiah and will at some point come through the Eastern Gate from the Mount of Olives to fulfill prophecy.
The War of Shields
Thus, we see that the spiritual warfare from July 5-8, 2001 consisted of two armies contending for the right to rule the earth and fulfill Bible prophecy. The army of Jesus Christ is in the form of Gideon’s Army of 32,000, representing the New Covenant and the New Jerusalem. The army of Theos, the Archprince, consisted of a million unclean spirits, led by 6 Powers, 2 Commanders, and 2 Princes. They were fighting to establish the Old Covenant and the Old Jerusalem as the world capital city that would rule the earth.
Our colors are blue, theirs were red.
The Lord told us before the beginning of the war that the five of us conducting the battle (representing all of Gideon’s Army) were to wear blue or sew a blue cloth or ribbon to our suit coats and wear them during the time we were actively and consciously warring the warfare. That was about two or three hours each evening. We were warring against the red shield, or Roth-schild. Thus, this became known as “The War of the Shields.”
Their red shield is actually the wall around their city, the Old Jerusalem, visibly represented by the old city in the middle east and the Jewish state in general. Our blue shield is the wall around the New Jerusalem, visibly represented by America. It has now become clear that the wall of fire that was completed in July 2000 on my trip to San Francisco, California, was actually the foundational work to call forth the new Gideon’s Army this year. Gideon’s Army is the wall of defense, or the army-shield around the New Jerusalem.
The battle began on July 5, 2001, and that evening our main focus was to find out who we were fighting and why, as well as to pray to determine the right strategy to counter their attack. As I said, we discovered it was being coordinated by Theos, the Archprince of Europe and America. This Archprince did not possess anyone directly but operated primarily through his shield—the Rothschilds—and their supporters and employees.
The next evening, July 6, the Lord told us that we had taken captive and bound both of the enemy Princes and one of the Commanders. The name of one Prince was High Priest of Weeping. The source of his power is centered around the Wailing Wall of Herod’s temple. The name of the second Prince taken captive was the Prince of Falsehood and Lawlessness.
The Commander we took captive was named Counterfeit Promises.
We also learned other details in prayer. Theos manifests himself in the three main religions of the West: Islam, Judaism, and Christianity. He is behind the obsession that these three religions have with possessing (or being possessed by) the old Jerusalem. In other words, he puts men into bondage to “Hagar” (Galatians 4:25) and is behind the heart attitude that makes men kill each other over possession of so-called “holy places.” He was behind the Christian Crusades centuries ago, when the Christians fought to regain control of the “Holy Land.” He was behind the Islamic fanaticism. And he was behind Jewish Zionism, led by the Rothschild family.
Paul’s Commentary on Theos
Probably the most valuable piece of information we learned was that Theos is the spiritual being in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4, which says,
3 Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God [Greek: Theos], displaying himself as being God [Greek: Theos].
This passage is based upon the theme of the temple of God. Solomon’s temple was filled with the Spirit of God (2 Chronicles 5:14). The second temple was not filled, nor did it even have the Ark of the Covenant in its Most Holy Place. The Most Holy Place of the second temple, though beautified by Herod, was a dark, empty room. It was “desolate,” or uninhabited by God’s Spirit, and hence it was “the abomination of desolation” that Daniel revealed.
15 Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place let the reader understand, 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
The “power vacuum” brought about by the lack of the Holy Spirit in that temple was soon filled by a counterfeit god who called himself Theos. Since the word “abomination” in the Bible is simply another word for “idol,” we may understand this as an idol, or false god who came into the uninhabited Most Holy Place of the second temple, filling the void.
This false god is lawless, rather than lawful. It thrives on the traditions of men, rather than the Law of God. It gives people religion, rather than a direct relationship with God. It mandates rituals and forms, rather than the power of Christ. It makes people think they are worshipping the true Theos, when in fact, they are worshipping a counterfeit god, an Archprince who displays himself as being Theos.
Those who have taught that this entity in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4 is “the Antichrist” are somewhat correct. Anti-Christ literally means “in place of Christ.” The Archprince Theos stood in the Most Holy Place of three major religions, manifesting himself as Theos or Christ to each religion, according to their understanding or terminology. His primary manifestation in the past two centuries has been in the Rothschild family, whose messianic view of itself led them to believe that a Rothschild was to be the future Messiah in a restored Jerusalem and a restored kingdom of Judea.
Wounded Angels
On July 8, at 1:53 p.m. I asked the Father how the battle was going. He said that all of the Red Shield army and about 477,000 of the South American reinforcements had been captured.
Meanwhile, though, my friend Carlos Ricci called to tell me that the Lord had told him we had suffered casualties in the battle. About 3,000 of our angels had been wounded. I did not believe that angels could be wounded, so after expressing my doubt, I asked the Lord about this. He said that the precise number was 2,998 casualties, and that it was not that the angels were physically wounded, but rather that the people were spiritually wounded—those whose angels had gone into battle. I was led to pray for their healing.
That answer satisfied me until later that same night when we had our usual conference call. (These were not in contact with Carlos.) The first thing they said was that our angels had been wounded in the battle! They were quite upset and agitated, because they did not know what caused it or what we should do about it. Well, once again, I was taken by surprise and wondered if I would have to rearrange my whole theology again!
Through much collective prayer again, we learned some new things about spiritual warfare that we never understood. First, the Lord told us that only Archangels could take Archprinces captive. It is a legal principle of “rank.” We did have the Archangel Peniel on our side as a part of Gideon’s Army, but this did not fully solve our problem. Though he had rank, his calling is limited to binding Apollyon, the Archprince of Asia and Africa (also known as the Prince of Persia). It was not Peniel’s calling to bind Theos.
Hence, Theos appealed to the Heavenly Court of Appeals, and our angels were losing their case before God. In this way they were “wounded.” It is not that they were walking around with broken arms and legs, nor were they bleeding from large cuts or bullet wounds in the head. Rather, they were losing the court battle, because we had been ignorant of this spiritual law. Having been given authority over these angels, we had commanded them to do something unlawful, and so they came into judgment.
So we sought the legal advice from our spiritual Counselor, the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whose knowledge of the law is impeccable. First, He informed us that Gabriel was the Archangel called to bind Theos. Why? Because Gabriel was the one who overshadowed Mary, and thus the agent of conception. In this way, Gabriel was the angelic agent that brought the Logos from heaven to earth. John tells us that the Logos (Word) was God (Theos). Gabriel, then, was the Archangel who could bind the false Theos.
He then reminded me of the spiritual device that we had occasionally utilized in the past. In the law of spiritual time, proven by the Hezekiah Factor, we can do things retroactively and make it as if it had been done earlier. So we prayed to the Heavenly Court that the Archangel Gabriel would be dispatched into the War of the Shields with Gideon’s Army, and that this would take effect retroactively to the beginning of the battle.
Suddenly, the court case ended in victory for us. Our angels were no longer “wounded” or hampered by our inadvertent error in regard to this unknown law. The Archprince Theos was fully bound by the chains of light, having lost his case before the Court of Appeals.
Although our legal problem had been resolved, we suffered one long-term effect. To resolve this problem, representatives of both sides of this War of Shields were required to appear before the Judge in the Divine Court. When we did, our enemies learned who we were. Up to then, we had been able to fight the battles under cover. But now we had been openly identified.
From then on, we had to be extra careful.
