The house of Joseph (Ephraim) arose to prominence after the house of David had laid all the foundations in the 1990’s. Our present series is still showing the work done during the rise of the house of David, yet we must interrupt that series by skipping to the present time, so that we may report on the progress of the house of Joseph-Ephraim.
Cleansing the Land (2017)
At our Second Passover conference here in Minneapolis on May 12-14, 2017, one of our speakers was Jeanette Strauss, who brought forth the revelation of cleansing the land. I wrote about this in my Conference report:
At this conference, we were led to lay claim to the earth, bearing witness that God owns the whole earth by right of Creation. On behalf of the overcomers, I signed a title deed under God’s own signature (a cross or tav, which means “sign, mark”). Hence, His signature, along with an earthly signature became two witnesses to establish this title deed, dated May 14, 2017.
In connection with this, we all took communion, eating and drinking half of the communion elements, and putting the other half into dirt (the earth) that is to be scattered in various places to cleanse and lay claim to the earth. Since communion is a covenant of fellowship among those who participate, we were making a covenant of fellowship with the earth itself. In essence, it was a covenant of fellowship between heaven and earth, for this was God’s purpose from the beginning of creation.
Thanks to Jeannette Straus, whose revelation of the Divine Court and redemption of the land through communion (the blood of Jesus) was utilized in this prophetic act, we were led by the Spirit to begin the process of cleansing the land that has been polluted by sin (through Adam) and polluted by the blood of Abel, which has been given a voice in the Divine Court and therefore “still speaks” (Hebrews 11:4; Genesis 4:10).
Unresolved sin pollutes the land and has a negative effect upon its ability to yield fruit. We see this in the law in Leviticus 26:20,
20 And your strength shall be spent uselessly, for your land shall not yield its produce and the trees of the land shall not yield their fruit.

You should read the full report to understand what was accomplished at that time. The Second Passover declaration to cleanse the earth was made four years ago on May 14, 2017. This cleansing was necessary in order to allow the earth to bring forth fruit. All the bloodshed on the earth perpetrated by Mystery Babylon (Revelation 18:24) and the earthly Jerusalem (Matthew 23:31, 34, 35) has polluted the earth with sin, which has prevented the earth from bringing forth the fruit of the Kingdom.
So God led us to cleanse the earth so that God could heal our land. Once the land was healed, we could plant the tree of Ephraim, knowing that it would be fruitful.
The Law of Fruit-Bearing Trees
The law is prophetic because it reveals God’s plans and methods. Leviticus 19:23-25 says,
23 When you enter the land and plant all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden. Three years it shall be forbidden to you; it shall not be eaten. 24 But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord. 25 In the fifth year you are to eat of its fruit, that its yield may increase for you; I am the Lord your God.
Yesterday’s Second Passover marked the end of the fourth year since 2017. It is also the start of the fifth year, where we can now eat the fruit of our labor.
Last year’s Second Passover (May 7, 2020) was marked by a prayer campaign called Bind the Nobles. It focused on the prophetic “tree” of Babylon (Daniel 4:10), which was to be chopped down.

On the positive side, for us it marked the end of the three years where the Kingdom Tree has been growing to maturity. It marked the start of the fourth year, where the fruit was to be given to God, as the law says. We are now at the end of the fourth year, where we may actually eat the fruit of this tree.
What does that actually mean in practice? Well, that remains to be seen, of course. Yet I am encouraged by the timing of these things. There are two trees involved in this, one representing Mystery Babylon and the other the New Jerusalem. The first is falling, the second is rising.
The Second Passover Declaration April 26, 2021
Yesterday, four of us met together on a zoom call to declare that the fruit of the Kingdom Tree is clean and can be eaten by Kingdom people. The past year (fourth year), we were on lockdown and travel was restricted. We were unable to enjoy the fruit of the Kingdom, yet we know that it was all given to God, as the law commands.
If that was how God restrained us last year, perhaps we will soon see those travel restrictions lifted. Perhaps this implies also that the Holy Spirit will no longer be restrained. Will we see the outpouring of the Spirit soon? Rain is certainly necessary to bring forth fruit in the earth. Ultimately, this is about the Fruitfulness Mandate (Genesis 1:28), as well as the house of Ephraim, whose name means “double portion of fruit.”
These four years have been the first four years of a seven-year cycle in the overthrow of Mystery Babylon (2017-2024).
Quality, not Quantity
The most important thing is to have good quality fruit. If one has a great quantity of bad fruit, it is a serious problem. The quality of the fruit is illustrated in Scripture many times. For example, Isaiah 5 speaks of the awful fruit that Israel and Judah produced in that day. God had planted a vineyard (the Kingdom) through Joshua, but it produced only “worthless ones” (Isaiah 5:4). The Hebrew word is beoshim, “stinkberries.”
Jeremiah 24 tells us specifically about the house of Judah in Jerusalem, which had produced rotten figs. He went to the temple and found two baskets of figs that had been brought to the temple, according to the law in Deuteronomy 26:2 and 4,
2 that you shall take some of the first of all the produce from the ground which you bring in from your land that the Lord your God gives you, and you shall put it in a basket and go to the place where the Lord your God chooses to establish His name… 4 Then the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it down before the altar of the Lord your God.
Jeremiah was a priest, so he was allowed to eat that which had been brought to the temple. One basket contained very good figs, while the other had rotten figs. This was the occasion of revelation, because the first fruits represented the condition of men’s hearts. At that time, those who heard the word of the Lord through the prophet were the good figs; those who refused to hear were the rotten figs.
Specifically, those who agreed with the judgment of God against Jerusalem and who submitted to “Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant” (Jeremiah 27:6) were the good figs. Those who fought against God’s servant were the rotten figs.
In Jesus’ day, God’s “servant” was Rome, and the Judeans were to submit to the rule of Rome. Some did, and some did not. There were good figs and bad figs in Jesus’ day. Ultimately, the bad figs, by their rebellion, brought about the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D.
The beast systems have continued to our time. Their authority ended finally in 2017, at which time God began to overthrow them. We ourselves have had the revelation of the good and bad figs for a long time, and we knew that we were to submit to Babylon for as long as God had decreed a long time ago. It was a matter of honoring God’s verdict in the days of Jeremiah.
Our ability to submit to God’s verdicts from the Divine Court, then, is the primary measure of the quality of our fruit. Few have understood this through the centuries, for their eyes were blinded by their desire to be free. They did not understand that when God judges the nation by sending the people into captivity for a specified amount of time, they were to respect the will of God by submitting to God’s servants—even if they were beasts.
Hence, the problem has been twofold: either the people have produced no fruit at all, or they have produced rotten fruit that represents hypocrisy.
The overcomers, on the other hand, are those who are associated with the house of Ephraim, those who carry the Birthright of Joseph (1 Chronicles 5:1, 2). After the Scepter was given to Judah, the remaining portion of the Birthright was the Fruitfulness Mandate. After thousands of years, we are now emerging from the long Babylonian captivity. Our land has now been cleansed, and the Kingdom Tree has entered the fifth year, where we may begin to enjoy its fruit.
God tasted the fruit during the fourth year (2020-2021) and found that it was good. On the day of the Second Passover, April 26, 2021, we may now partake of the fruits of the land: barley, wheat, and grapes, each in its season. We are now in the early season. More should be seen at Pentecost and still more at Tabernacles, when all the fruits of the land are gathered.
