Today is a new day.
As I awoke this morning, our heavenly Father impressed upon me that Babylon has fallen and that we have entered into a new time in history. The Kingdom of God is arising.
Yesterday I emphasized March 12 as important, in that Britain announced on that day that it would join the AIIB. Benjamin Fulford emphasized March 19/20. But this morning God pointed out March 18, 2015 as the prophetic date where we crossed the threshold from captivity to freedom.
No, it doesn’t look like it yet, and there is still more “falling” for Babylon to do. But it is the workable date from God’s perspective. As time passes, I believe this date will clarify further, for it will take a while to see this date in the context of subsequent events.
At the Tabernacles Conference last October, we were led to proclaim the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High, as prophesied in Daniel 7:27. The proclamation came on October 12, but it was actually effective on the 8th day of Tabernacles, October 16, 2014, when the ruling from the divine court was issued in favor of the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:22).
The next month, on November 16, we reached the end of 1,480 years since the publication of Justinian’s new legal system in 534 A.D.
On December 30, 2014 we reached the end of the 1,480 years since Justinian’s new legal system came fully into effect at the end of 534 A.D. The time of the “little horn” expired.
Likewise, going back even further, the beast empires’ time to rule fully expired after 2,520 years ( 100) since God first gave Nebuchadnezzar the Dominion Mandate in 607 B.C. I have explained this timing in previous weblogs.
On February 16, 2015 the breach was repaired, coinciding with the completion of my series of books: Dr. Luke, Repairing the Breaches. About the same time, I began to get revelation about Malachi, wondering if perhaps I ought to write a commentary on this next. No doubt I will do so at some point, but the Father instead is leading me to go directly to Daniel.
Malachi and the Elijah Mantle
Malachi was actually attached to the revelation of Dr. Luke, especially in the final instructions in Malachi 4:5, 6,
5 Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. 6 And he will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the land with a curse.
More than any other gospel, Luke focused upon this prophecy in conjunction with Elijah and the ministry of Christ. In our time we are seeing the double portion of this preparatory ministry through Elisha, who received the double portion of the mantle of Elijah. While Elijah prepared the way for Christ’s first coming, Elisha prepares the way for His second coming. Whereas Elijah came the first time in the form of an individual known as John the Baptist, Elisha is coming as a company of people, rather than as a single individual. So we are all able to participate in this preparatory ministry.
Elijah was unable to complete his ministry, on account of Jezebel’s opposition, so God raised up Elisha with a double portion of Elijah’s anointing to complete it. Hence, whereas Elijah performed eight miracles, Elisha performed sixteen. For this reason, we cannot study Elijah’s ministry apart from Elisha, because that preparation ministry comes in two parts. The second part completes the first.
Both Elijah and Elisha, therefore, are fulfilling Malachi’s prophecy, the first by name and the second by extension.
Some years ago, during our Tabernacles conference in Hilo, Hawaii in 2007, we received revelation that “John” was being born. Shortly afterward, further revelation told us that it was applicable a year later (Tabernacles, 2008). In the next few months it was revealed that it was not Elijah but Elisha that was being brought to birth, and that it would begin when the “barley” was ripe. This was the wave-sheaf offering, April 12, 2009, and that is when the Elisha ministry was proclaimed at Manassas, VA.
We saw the first eight signs (miracles) of Elisha fulfilled prophetically within 15 months, culminating July 9-15, 2010. Then these ceased unexpectedly. We have now waited nearly five years for the ninth sign of Elisha to be manifested. This has tried our patience, of course, but it appears that the time is now drawing near. The fall of Babylon may prove to be the result of the “Elijah” portion, followed by the double portion to prepare for the establishment of the Kingdom.
In other words, the first half is the negative work, calling for the overthrow of Babylon, whereas the second half is the positive work of building the Kingdom.
Along with Elijah, Malachi 4:4 instructs us to remember Moses as well, saying,
4 Remember the law of Moses My servant, even the statutes and ordinances which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel.
During the interim between the eighth and ninth signs of Elisha (that is, after July 15, 2010), I was led to do a commentary on Deuteronomy—that is, “the law of Moses.” The series on Deuteronomy began on June 8, 2012.
These books were completed on February 16, 2014, precisely one year before the books on Luke were completed. Between these two commentaries, then, we remembered the law of Moses and then studied the repair of the breaches until February 16, 2015.
March 18 I set you free
On February 6, 1986 I had a dream about March 18. I first wrote about it in 2009:
Shortly after waking up from that dream, the Father spoke to me, saying, “March 18 I set you free.” No particular year was mentioned in this revelation, but we have often seen some interesting things occur on that date. Today as I awoke, the Father spoke to me that March 18, 2015 was the date of the fall of Babylon from the divine perspective.
When the original Babylon fell (in Daniel 5:31), it signaled the end of Judah’s iron-yoke captivity, making their return inevitable. It appears that some sort of decree has been made in the divine court that would set us free from the rule of Mystery Babylon.
This has yet to work out in actual historical events, of course, but then God has always decreed things in heaven first, followed by the fulfillment of those decrees as they are enforced in the earth.
Cease and Desist Decree
I received notification yesterday of a “Cease and Desist” decree that some friends made on March 18, 2015. The decree was directed against the “agents of the Kingdom of Babylon,” who had accused God’s servants, “agents of the Kingdom of God.”
Many of us have experienced opposition since the end of last December when the beast nations’ time expired. Such opposition was expected, of course, because carnal men and nations never find themselves in agreement with decrees made against them. They always disagree with God, for that is the nature of the flesh, which is at enmity with God.
So on March 18 they were ordered to “cease and desist.” No doubt they will ignore this order, so we may have to soon send in the heavenly troops to enforce the divine decree.
Divorcing the Golden Calves in 2001
Fourteen years ago today we completed a series of three prayer campaigns designed to overthrow the golden calves that Jeroboam had set up in Bethel and Dan many years ago (1 Kings 12:28, 29). Eventually, Israel was sent into captivity as a result, because they did not repent. Yet this captivity only put the Israelites deeper under the spell of these golden calves. The golden calves were not overthrown when Israel went to Assyria.
When the Father revealed this problem to us in January 2001, we were led to engage in spiritual warfare to overthrow the golden calves over America. This work was completed on March 24, 2001, precisely 14 years ago today.
The number 14 is the biblical number that means “release, deliverance.”
Every revelation has its time, and I believe that this is why I awoke to this revelation today. The golden calves were the spiritual cause of Israel’s captivity. Therefore, the overthrow of those calves is the solution to the captivity. It appears that the victory in 2001 is surfacing on a new level fourteen years later on the same date in 2015.
To write fourteen in Hebrew, they wrote two Hebrew letters: yod-daleth. These signify the hand (outworking) of the door. It pictures a release or deliverance from the prison with the opening of the door.
Fourteen is the number of deliverance or release.
Perhaps a door is opening today, a prison door in particular.
