Each year God does something new in the progression of the Kingdom. Each new thing revolves around the biblical feast days, culminating at the Feast of Tabernacles.
I call this the "Prophetic Year" to distinguish it from the Hebrew Year or the Gregorian Calendar Year. The Prophetic Year ends at Tabernacles and then, after a short interim period, it begins with a specific new event or revelation, usually in late October or early November.
We are now nearing the conclusion of the current Prophetic Year, as next month is the Feast of Tabernacles. So I thought that it would be helpful to review the revelation from the past year to see what God has revealed so far. In doing so, we may have a better idea what to watch for at the Feast of Tabernacles in St. Louis.
The current Prophetic Year started later than usual on November 21, 2010. It began with the revelation that we were to begin to look at ourselves in the mirror, eyeball to eyeball, speaking to our inner New Creation Man (Christ in you) the following declaration:
You are a son [or daughter] of God, begotten by the Holy Spirit, a child of the Promise. You have been given the Birthright with all of the blessings of heaven and earth at your disposal, to be used in accordance with the divine plan that the Spirit is outworking in the earth daily.
As part of the Body of Christ, positioned under the Head, you have been given all authority in both heaven and in earth. It is your calling to have dominion over the creation itself and to exercise that authority as Jesus Christ did when He ministered in the earth. You have authority over time and distance, governments, principalities and powers, nature, disease, and death itself.
You are the righteousness of God in Christ, called to show forth the glory of God to every creature, that all may know both the character and the works of God through YOU. So come forth this day and subdue all things under your feet. Bring order out of chaos, deliverance from bondage, light out of darkness, health out of sickness, and life out of death.
See my weblog explaining this the next day, Nov. 22, 2010:
Each Prophetic Year begins with two periods of 76 days (the biblical number of "cleansing"). At the end of the first 76-day period, the revelation came that we were to make a new declaration:
"Father, the hour has come; glorify Thy Son, that the Son may glorify Thee. As You gave Christ authority, so that He could impart the revelation of the Father to all men, so also give the same authority to the New Creation Man, the body of Sons.
We have glorified You on the earth and have accomplished the preparation work that You gave us to do. Now, glorify us together with our Head, Jesus Christ.
We confess that we are not of the world, even as You were not of the world. Sanctify us in the Truth of Thy Word. As you sent Christ into the world, send us also into the world. Manifest Your presence in us, that the world may believe that You have sent us. Unify the New Creation Man as one body to do the will of the Head, that the world may behold Your glory and love in us."
I explained this further in my weblog for February 7, 2011:
Hence, we progressed from a Declaration of Identity (identifying with the Last Adam, rather than with the first Adam) to a prayer that this New Creation Man would be "glorified" with our Head, Jesus Christ.
When we arrived at the end of the second 76-day cycle of cleansing on April 22, 2011, Martha was raised up to make a third declaration at our Passover conference in Manassas, VA. She led the group in a declaration of Isaiah 61:1-3,
(1) The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound,(2) To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor] and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,(3) To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion--to give them an ornament [a garland or diadem] of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise, instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit--that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Jesus quoted this passage at the start of His earthly ministry shortly after returning from His 40-day fast in the wilderness (Luke 4:18-19). He did not quote the passage in its entirety, however, because the last part was to be fulfilled at the time of His second appearance. Because His second appearance is where the Head joins the completed Body of Christ to create One New Man (Eph. 2:15), this was reserved for our own time.
These are the three foundational declarations of the current Prophetic Year, each beginning on a significant point of the 76-day cleansing cycles.
1. The Declaration of who we are in Christ
2. The Prayer to be glorified with our Head
3. The Declaration of calling and resulting ministry
A few weeks ago, when I was on the plane to California, I finished the book I was reading, so I closed my eyes and began to seek God. Out of that emerged a new revelation that we were to call forth this New Creation Man, or "Christ in you" (Col. 1:27), to do the Kingdom work that lies ahead. In other words, don't call upon your old Adamic man to pray for people or to bless them. Call upon your New Creation Man to come forth and do the work, so that when you lay hands on people, it is this "Christ in you" that is really laying hands on them through your hands.
In other words, it is time to end the inadvertent use of the soulish man to minister to people. For many, this will be a new level of ministry. We ought to be conscious of the distinction between the two "I's" so that we recognize the calling of the New Creation Man and set Him free to do His calling through us. This is the natural completion also of the Quail and Manna theme seen throughout the past year.
I suspect that somehow this revelation will come to completion at the St. Louis Tabernacles conference October 7-9.
