Two Bears,Two Golden Calves

A couple weeks ago while I was in Idaho, I was reading an old Bible Dictionary and discovered that the city of Dan was later called Panea and Caesarea Philippi.

There were two golden calves, one in Bethel and the other in Dan (1 Kings 12:29).

I had been focusing primarily upon the golden calf in Bethel, because Bethel means "house of God," and I was relating this to the Church. After all, King Saul was a type of the Church under Pentecost, and Saul's rebellion was "as the sin of witchcraft" (1 Sam. 15:23).

The other golden calf (at Dan) prophetically signifies something a little different. Once I was able to relate the two calves to the two bears and to the two beasts of Revelation 13, it became obvious that this second beast is not witchcraft, but satanism. Yes, there is a difference.

The Church as a whole is as rebellious as was King Saul, and the underlying problem is the desire to submit to (or to be ruled by) men rather than by God (1 Sam. 8:7). One can do that and still remain a Christian. However, satanism by its very nature rejects not only the direct rule (covering) of Christ, but also rejects Jesus Christ Himself as King over that which He has created.

And so, in the modern application of these prophetic "calves," we see that the beast from the sea is the spirit behind religious Rome, which in turn was the "little horn" arising out of the collapse of Imperial Rome. Imperial Rome fully collapsed in 476 A.D. according to most historians. Its law system was replaced in 529 by Orthodox Church Law. This is what began the most important 1,260-year period ("42 months") in Revelation 13:1-10.

In 1789 we see the beast from the earth overthrowing the Roman Church in France. By 1798 the Roman Pontiff was actually taken prisoner by Napoleon. The financiers of this revolution were satanists, though many of them covered themselves with the blanket of other religion in order to hide their true sentiments.

This is backed by the fact that the ancient city of Dan, which housed the second golden calf, became known as Panea, the place of Pan. Pan is known in Scipture as Azazel, "the goat god." In Leviticus 16 Azazel is mentioned but not defined. In Matt. 4:1 and Luke 4:2 the prophecy of Azazel is fulfilled in "the devil," when Jesus was led as the TRUE "Goat" to be tempted by Azazel, "the devil" which represents the counterfeit "goat."

The revelation of this current trip has taken us first to the state of Washington (near the sea), where we were led to confront the first beast/bear/golden calf. This tied into Elisha's sign in 2 Kings 2:23-25, in regard to the two bears and the 42 young men. Hence, Washington is the 42nd state.

Then we drove south to California, driving through Shasta, and visiting the Shasta caverns, where we drew fire from the second beast/bear/golden calf. In Sacramento we were led to take that second bear captive and then to clean out the caverns--the modern grotto of Pan.

All of this pointed to the inescapable truth that this beast from the earth in Rev. 13:11 is the spirit behind satanism in all of its forms.

Regardless of our personal beliefs on the existence or nature of satan, the real point is that satanists believe in him and act accordingly. Some of them are extremely wealthy and have been workng for a long time to build the Kingdom of Satan--the counterpart to the Kingdom of God. When laid out according to the pattern seen in Revelation 13, we can see that their ascendancy in world politics (via banking power) began to achieve victory in 1789 and is now making its final move to achieve total control.

Our mission is to understand the Word of God, to see that all that has occurred has been foretold by the prophets, that God Himself has allowed both of these beasts to achieve a limited victory before being brought into judgment and collapse. We are now seeing the spiritual collapse of this second beast, or bear, which will most certainly translate into earthly events in the time ahead.

By the way, the method by which this second beast has sought to gain power has been to establish their kingdom incrementally in order to remain secret and hidden from the majority. They have created corporations to simulate the countries themselves, and then have worked to convince the people that there is no difference between the two. The American Constitution was the founding document for The United States of America. That is the country. The counterfeit is a corporation written as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, listed in the official list of corporations. The all capital letters is the legal way of writing the name of a corporation.

This all-caps entity is not the country, but is a private corporation that tries to pass itself off as the country. Right now it is using our ignorance to transfer money and power from the country (citizens) to the corporation and its subsidiaries. This trip and the ongoing work of building the Kingdom of God is designed to set people free of deception so that they may see and understand the true King of earth and sea.

This is one of the major keys to understanding how Bible prophecy is being fulfilled today.
